Payment upon pickup at UNISEND parcel lockers. Service fee: €2 in Latvia, €3 in Lithuania and Estonia.

Delivery time: 1-5 workdays since the payment

You can collect your order from any PickUp parcel machine of your choice. The parcel can be collected every day, 24 hours a day. To use this service you will need an individual code, that is sent to the client via sms/e-mail. Once you’ve entered the code, the door to the cell with your parcel will open. If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender.

How can I return the goods?

 If the item you ordered doesn't fit, you don't like it, or you simply changed your mind, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

Exchange and return apply only to new, unused items in their original packaging and with the manufacturer's original tags.

Returns can be made via Smartpost Itella, UNISEND, and DPD self-service terminals.

The return cost is based on the current rates of Smartpost Itella, UNISEND, and DPD.

Take the prepared parcel to any terminal convenient for you. 

Does my purchase have a warranty?

All items come with a quality guarantee in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The warranty period for clothing is 2 years from the date of receipt.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects (e.g. seams, fabric, fittings), but does not apply in cases of natural wear and tear, improper care, or mechanical damage.

terms Warranty does not work in following cases:

• if purchase receipt/bank payment has not been saved;

• if items details (accessories, zipper, belt etc.) has been lost;

• if defect was caused by using item for wrong purposes;

• if defect was caused by exposure of chemical or mechanical actions;

• if defect was coused by major force or accident;

• if item has been under repair before returning it to us.
